Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. The best part was the splendid view of the ocean. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre. Also, Newcastle Beach could be reached without difficulty as it's 1 km away...

Incredible location; LOVELY stuff. We where given a family room on arrival, it was huge. Our kudos go to waitress for the hospitality! We greatly enjoyed to have evening drinks at ardiente grill bar, based nearby. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.

the breakfast is delicious. a convenient base for exploring newcastle. in love with avoca. we recommend it as we loved this hotel.
